Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in color, texture, or pattern are normal and part of the item’s uniqueness. These are not considered defects.
Order Processing
Processing time is typically 1-3 business days.
Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and are out of my control.
Shipping
Standard shipping is used for all orders.
Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier, but I will always try to assist you if something goes wrong.
Refunds & Returns
All sales are final.
I do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handmade nature of my work.
If you have concerns with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to help resolve the issue.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can assist you.
Damaged items are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Once production or shipping begins, cancellations can no longer be made.

Gemstones, shells, and natural materials may vary slightly. Sizes and colors may differ slightly from photos due to lighting and natural variation.
